Privacy Policy
What stays in your browser, what analytics can collect and when, and what happens to the messages you send us.
What we don't collect
The tools run in your browser. The numbers, dates, text, and files you enter into a tool are not sent to our server, and we don't store them. Tool inputs are also never sent to analytics.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which tools are used. It runs only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage switched off.
When you accept, Google Analytics sets these cookies:

Besides page views, we record one event when a tool is used. It contains the tool's name and the action, such as "calculate" or "copy". It never contains the values you entered.
Contact form data
When you send a message through the contact form, we store your name, email address, and message. We use them only to reply to you and to fix any problem you report. We keep the message only as long as we need it for that. To have your message deleted, ask through the contact form and mention the email address you used.
Cookies and your choice
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. To change it at any time, use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Rejecting cookies does not affect how the tools work.
Third parties
Google provides the analytics service and processes analytics data under its own privacy policy. We don't sell personal data and don't share it with advertisers. The site shows no ads.
Children
Utilza is a general-audience site. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data through the contact form, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
