Audio Converter handles MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG and FLAC output. Set bitrate for MP3 or AAC, choose the sample rate and keep stereo or downmix to mono. Format-specific pages take you straight to WAV to MP3, M4A to MP3, OGG to MP3, FLAC to MP3, MP3 to WAV or M4A to WAV.
To save the soundtrack from a local video, use MP4 to MP3. It reads the first audio stream and leaves out the picture. Encrypted or unsupported streams cannot be converted.
MP3 Cutter keeps a selected time range, and Audio Joiner puts recordings together in the order you choose. The joiner matches their sample rate and channel count before creating one file.
Use Audio Fade In/Out to soften the beginning or ending, or Reverse Audio for backwards playback. MP3 Compressor reduces bitrate and compares the result’s size with the source. Audio Metadata Editor changes text tags while copying the audio stream without re-encoding.
BPM & Key Finder estimates tempo and major or minor key from a recording and reports separate confidence scores. These are algorithmic estimates; half-time rhythms, changing tempo and key modulation need a listening check.
BPM Counter measures your taps without reading a file. Online Metronome plays a chosen pulse with an accented first beat. Playlist Name Generator combines mood and theme words into names you can copy.
Audio Transcription runs multilingual Whisper Tiny locally on a compatible WebGPU device. Review the main transcript for TXT export and the timed segments for SRT or VTT. The model downloads on first use, but your recording and transcript are not uploaded.
Recordings can be accepted up to 15 minutes, subject to file settings and device memory. This limit does not guarantee processing speed or support on every phone. Try a short sample and review recognition errors before using the result.
Selected files stay in your browser. The processing engine loads from this site when needed; transcription also downloads model weights from Hugging Face. Audio processing can use substantial memory and battery even without an upload.
Check the displayed file and duration limits before starting. An allowed extension is only the first check: file headers, readable duration and codec support also matter. A renamed executable is not an audio recording.
MP3, AAC and Vorbis export are lossy. WAV stores 16-bit PCM and FLAC compresses the decoded signal losslessly. Converting a lossy source into WAV or FLAC cannot recover discarded detail. Keep original recordings until the downloaded copies are checked.
No. These tools process selected files locally in your browser. Speech recognition downloads model weights, but the audio and transcript remain on your device.
There is no account or daily usage quota. Per-file, combined-duration and decoded-memory limits keep a processing job within browser resources.
The file tools accept the extensions shown beside their input. Most support MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG and FLAC. MP4 to MP3 and transcription can also read supported MP4 audio. Codec availability varies by browser.
No. Memory and codec support vary. Local transcription also requires WebGPU. Unsupported devices receive an explanation instead of a hidden server upload.
