Utilza is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You don't need an account. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Results are estimates

Each tool shows the formula it uses, and the worked examples are tested. Results can still be wrong for your situation, for example when overtime rules, tax rules, or holidays differ from the tool's assumptions. Check the result before you rely on it for payroll, financial, or legal decisions.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Utilza is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the site or relying on its results.

Acceptable use

Don't use automated means to send large volumes of requests to the site, don't try to disrupt or overload it, and don't use the contact form to send spam.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, and code belong to Utilza. Results you produce with the tools are yours to use freely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Utilza's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
