Bulk QR Code Generator

Turn a list of links or text, up to 500 lines, into QR codes at once. Download them as PNG or SVG files in one ZIP, or as a PDF of labels for A4 and Letter sticker sheets.

Generated in your browser. Your list is not uploaded.

Up to 500 lines. Each line becomes one QR code. Paste two columns from a spreadsheet to print the second one as a caption.

Fill the list with a numbered sequence

How to use the Bulk QR Code Generator

  1. Paste the links or text into the list, one per line, or upload a .txt or .csv file. A second column pasted from a spreadsheet becomes a caption, such as a table number or a product name.
  2. Choose the error correction level, the PNG size, the quiet zone, and the colors.
  3. Look over the preview and the error list. A line too long for a QR code is reported and left out.
  4. Download a ZIP of PNG or SVG files, or choose a label sheet and press PDF labels.

How it works

  • Each line is encoded exactly as typed, as UTF-8 bytes, by the same encoder as the single QR Code Generator. The version, and so the grid size, is picked per code: a short link gives a smaller grid than a long one.
  • Error correction adds redundancy. Low recovers about 7% of damaged modules, Medium 15%, Quartile 25%, and High 30%. Higher levels make the grid denser.
  • PNG files get a whole number of pixels per module, the largest that fits the size you set, so edges stay sharp.
  • In the PDF every code is drawn as vector squares, scaled to fit its label with a margin, with the caption printed above.

Examples

  • A restaurant with 24 tables: 24 lines like https://example.com/menu/table-1 with the captions Table 1 to Table 24 fill one A4 sheet in the 24-label layout.
  • Event badges: one ticket ID per line, 2 copies of each, on the 65-label A4 layout.
  • Product pages: a CSV exported from a shop, with the URL in the first column and the product name in the second.

Limitations

  • Up to 500 lines per batch, 50 copies of each, and 5,000 labels per PDF.
  • Each line is encoded as plain text. For Wi-Fi, contact card, or email codes, build them one at a time in the QR Code Generator.
  • A line longer than a QR code can hold at the chosen level is rejected. Lower the error correction or shorten the text.
  • These are static codes. The content can't be changed after printing, and scans are not counted.
  • PDF captions use Latin letters only. Other scripts print as question marks.

Make barcodes in bulk and print labels

Turn a spreadsheet column into barcodes or QR codes, print them on A4 or Letter label sheets, and scan a test page before you print the rest.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make multiple QR codes at once?

Paste one link or line of text per row, up to 500, and download every code as a ZIP of images or a PDF of labels.

Can I make QR codes from an Excel or CSV file?

Yes. Upload the CSV or paste a column from the spreadsheet. The first column is encoded and the second is printed as a caption.

Do these QR codes expire?

No. The content is stored in the code itself, so it keeps working as long as the link it holds still works.

Is my list uploaded?

No. Every code is generated in your browser.
