pdf.js draws a small picture of each page in your browser. Your edits are kept as a simple list: which original page sits in each place, and how far it is turned. When you save, pdf-lib builds a new PDF by copying the pages in that order.
Turning a page only changes the page's rotation setting, a number stored in the file. The text and images inside are not redrawn, so nothing loses quality, and a duplicated page shares the same fonts and images as the original instead of storing them twice.
Yes. Press Move under a page, then use the left and right arrow keys, and press Enter or Esc to put it down. Screen readers announce the new position.
Press the trash button under a page, or tick several pages and press Delete above the thumbnails. Then save the PDF. At least one page always stays.
